How do I care for and wash my Therm-ic heated products?
Most Therm-ic garments are machine washable at 30°C. Ensure you remove the battery pack before washing and use the provided wash bag to protect the internal heating elements. Always air dry your products; do not use a tumble dryer or iron.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within Europe and 5 to 10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Does my Therm-ic product come with a warranty?
Yes, all Therm-ic products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the heating elements, batteries, and the garment itself, provided they have been used according to the instruction manual.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can return the items in their original packaging with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

How do I choose the right size for my heated socks or gloves?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. For gloves, we recommend measuring the circumference of your palm. For socks, follow your standard shoe size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
